EFFLUENT TREATMENT : TEXTILE / DISTILLERIES / TANNERY / TANNERY AND PHARMA ZLD

Effluent treatment plants for textile industries has been the core segment for Canadian clear with its advanced technologies which inlcudes combination of AOP and MBR. Our R and D in textile effluent has been for the past two decades, our projects include CETP (common Effluent treatment plants) for dyeing, bleaching, mercerizing, printing industries.

Systems include primary, secondary and tertiary recyling systems, we offer complete turnkey projects for Zero discharge, which includes 100% colour removal followed by recycling.

EFFLUENT TREATMENT :: DISTILLERIES ZLD

A distillery is a place where beverage grade alcohol is produced. A distillery makes hard alcohol like whiskey, gin, vodka, rum, etc. The process of making distilled spirits starts off much of the same as the process involved in making beer. The process starts by combining ingredients such as grains, yeast and water. The grains break down and convert the starch to sugar. With the help of the yeast and enzymes, the sugar gets converted into alcohol.

After this process, the spent grains are drained off. The remaining liquid is poured into the still. Alcohol boiling point is lower than that of water so it vaporizes first. Then, it is condensed by cooling the vapor, and collecting the resulting liquid, which is known as Alcohol.

EFFLUENT TREATMENT :: PHARMA ZLD

Pharma Zero liquid discharge (Pharma ZLD) technologies help plants meet discharge and water reuse requirements, enabling your business to:
Meet stringent cooling tower blow down and flue gas desulfurization (FGD) discharge regulations.
Treat and recover valuable products from waste streams
Maximize water reuse
Better manage produced water
