All parts of the filling machine touch with the material is high quality stainless steel. Through the polishing treatment the surface becomes very easy to clean. Sealed material is rubber or EPDM material. Using PLC controller as the central control,using pressure transmitter, electromagnetic chaos pneumatic servo measurement level to maintain the balance of filling pressure in order to ensure the stability of the liquid surface. Designed new filling valve for plastic bottle, return-air and filling tank liquid are separation to ensure the cleaning of filling materials. 

The speed of filling is fast and the liquid amount is controlled accurately. The filling device can be stopped automatically when there is no bottle or bottles are damaged. When bottles are cramped wrongly or when caps are not available, the machine can be stopped automatically.
